Refunds and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- To start a return, contact us at kulturabloom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Final sale items (if marked as such)
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
